Campground Policies

Visitors Policy

We welcome your family and friends to join you to visit for a BBQ or campfire free of charge. Please be aware, though, that only registered guests are permitted to use our campground facilities. By 10 PM, all visitors must vacate the campground. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your reservation? Please call the campground directly at +1 (844) 566-2421 before the deadlines outlined below to ensure you receive your deposit back, minus the processing fee. Please note, text and email cancellations are not accepted. Reservations made after these deadlines will require non-refundable deposits, and cancellations post-deadline will lead to a forfeiture of all deposits.
  • RV & Tent Sites: To receive a refund of your deposit (minus a $25 processing fee), cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date. Please notify us by 2:00 PM on or before this deadline. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Camping Cabins: To receive a refund of your deposit (minus a $25 processing fee), cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date. Please notify us by 2:00 PM on or before this deadline. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Deluxe Cabins & Cottages: To receive a refund of your deposit (minus a $50 processing fee), cancellations or changes must be made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please notify us by 2:00 PM on or before this deadline. Long-term reservations (exceeding 14 consecutive nights) require management approval, a signed contract, and a non-refundable $250 deposit due at the time of booking. Please note that any changes to long-term reservations will result in the loss of both the reservation and the deposit.
  • Holidays & Special Events: Special deposits and/or cancellation policies may be required. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with the campground to learn more.
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit equal to at least the first night will be charged to your credit card while booking reservation.

Pet Information

We love Pets at Holiday Haven!
Our fenced dog park across from the office gives campers the option for dogs to play off-leash.

Otherwise, within the campground, our pet policies are:

  • Pets must be leashed at 6′ or less.
  • Pick up after their messes – please help keep our campground clean!
  • May not use our people facilities, including buildings, playground and pool.
  • May not be left unattended or disturb other campers.

Electric Vehicle Charging

For safety and to avoid overloading the campground’s electrical system, charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at campsites. Please see office staff for information on designated EV charging stations nearby. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our facilities running smoothly for all guests.

Children & Supervision

All children must be at their campsite and under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian by 10:00 PM.

Guardians are fully responsible for their children’s behavior at all times, including any disturbances or damages caused during their stay. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers.

Group Reservations

To make a group reservation, please call the campground office directly.

While we do our best to accommodate group placements, we cannot guarantee side-by-side campsites due to availability and site configuration. Thank you for understanding.

Speed Limit

The speed limit is 10 KPH. Please drive slow through our park and watch for pedestrians and pets as they move about the campground.

Age Restrictions

We normally do not rent any campsites or accommodations to anyone under the age of 21. If you are under the age of 21, please call the campground at +1 (844) 566-2421 to inquire about making a reservation.
