On-site Campground Recreation Activities
Holiday Haven provides a variety of family-friendly leisure activities right on the campground premises. From movies, Ping-Pong, or simply unwinding in our heated pool, there are lots of activities to choose from. Our distinctive PEI red sand beach provides the ideal environment for strolls for those who enjoy the outdoors, and pet owners will adore our fenced-in dog park, which guarantees fun for campground visitors with two and four legs.
In addition to the classics, Holiday Haven has a variety of exciting activities for the best PEI campground experience. Including challenging friends to a game of hoops on the basketball court or jumping on our inflatable bouncy pillow. Each day’s activities can vary from wagon rides to unleashing your creativity with arts and crafts. Our Recreation Director is always on hand to plan and help guide fun activities. Confederation Trail
Let your journey begin. The Confederation Trail runs tip-to-tip across Prince Edward Island and is best explored on foot or bicycle. Built on the decommissioned railway line, the main trail is 273 kilometers from west to east - Tignish to Elmira. Branch trails run through small towns and communities, including the heart of Charlottetown. The gradients along this rolled stone dust trail never exceed two percent making it suitable for all fitness levels. In summer and early fall, equestrians now have access to some portions of the trail. Along the way, you'll find accommodation, food and service options a short distance from the trail. Some road travel may be required; please check with service providers about distance and any concerns about getting to your destination safely.

"Great park with easy going staff that were always ready to entertain the kids. We had a great spot close to the pool and park with a view of the water. The beach was great. At low tide we went down and were able to get a bunch of clams. We boiled them up for supper, can't get any fresher then that. We will be back, I would recommend to all."

"We really enjoyed our waterfront campsite! Beautiful views. So peaceful.This campground is only a few minutes from Charlottetown. The campsites are open, but spacious. The bathrooms and laundry facilities are excellent."

"Have stayed hear each year for the past 8 years. We have traveled across Canada many times and still find this not only one if our favorites but the best in the east coast. Oceanfront, 10 min to downtown Ch'town, Clean, quiet and outstanding staff.
The only regret we have in putting this review in is that more people will stay making it harder to get our favorite waterfront site."

"We spent several days here and it’s was the nicest rv Park we have ever stayed in. It was beautiful the lots were big the facilities clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this rv Park to anyone coming to this area. It’s convenient to all the island easy to find and so easy to get in and out."
